HelpUnable to view video? You may need to upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 8. Just visit www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer then download Internet Explorer 8. . Also, you may need to upgrade your Flash Player to Flash Player version 10. Just visit www.adobe.com to download the newest version. Or go to this shortcut link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (Pease note: do not put the "www" sign, when using this shortcut link). Also, you may need to clear your cache or temporary internet files, for better browsing experience. To do it, just open a window on your browser. Then look for "Tools" (normally it is on the upper right corner of your computer screen) then from "Tools", choose "Internet Options". Then select the "General" tab, then click the "Delete" button. Make sure you include "Cookies", Temporary Internet Files", and "History" to be deleted. Confirm "Delete" then click "OK" after deleting. (It may take a few, or several, minutes to delete your unnecessary cache). Don't worry, no important files on your computer will be deleted. This basic process is perfectly safe and normal, and should be done regularly. If you experience constant video buffering (video is busy loading), just click play, then click PAUSE, wait until video is fully loaded, then click play again and watch. If you continue experiencing difficulty browsing or viewing, it may help to shut down and restart your computer. Also, viewing videos or movies on the internet, needs a very fast internet connection. Please make sure you have a very fast internet connection. Of course, Dial-Up internet is now a thing of the past. While mobile internet (wireless, connected thru a cell phone network) may have a slower speed connection than Cable, DSL or Fiber Optic internet. .(You may need to ask your internet service provider to confirm which one you got). If your internet connection is not fast enough, then you have to upgrade to a faster one. And, if you are using a shared network, like a computer in a public library, office or work place, dorm, mall, cafe, etc, then there may be some restrictions put in place by the network or system administrator. (You need to buy your own latest computer for you to use, if that is the case). If problem still persists, then you may need to consult a computer technician, for you to enjoy the web to the max, like millions of others do. |
